MY GARAGE DOOR GUY THAT I NORMALLY USE WAS UNAVAILABLE THIS MORNING SO FOR THE SECOND TIME IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION I CONTACTED PRECISION AND IN LESS THAN FOUR HOURS AFTER I MADE MY CALL I HAD A NEW DOOR OPENER INSTALLED ALONG WITH REMOTES PROGRAMMED AND WI-FI SETUP ON OUR PHONES. PRECISION HAS NOW REPLACED THE COMPANY THAT I HAVE HAD FOR OVER 30 YRS. MY TECH MILES HERRERA WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS AND IS DESERVING OF A YEAR END BONUS. THANX

I had a positive experience with Precision Doors after my garage door would not open. I quickly YouTubed possible repairs and found that both my springs had broken. My car and I were stuck. Quick call to Precision Doors and they were able to come out that day. Garrett called prior and was early. He new exactly what he was doing and the door was fixed quickly. From the original call to the finish of the spring replacements all was handled promptly and professionally. The door works properly, no mess, any lube overspray was quickly wiped up. I have 2 other garage doors and if one of those needs springs I will callPrecision again.
